3. ASSETS REALIZATION PLAN.-
That for the A.C. it is proposed that the liquidation be carried out in TWO
phases, notwithstanding that at any time of the liquidation it is
received a direct sales proposal:
Phase I. Direct sale to the highest bidder/ and if this is not possible/
will go to the next phase.
Any third party / including children / siblings / collaterals of the debtor

- The auctioneer must deposit within twenty days in the account
